born and living in the south of Bavaria.
Ever since my first contact with Pilates in 2011 I was thrilled by this concept. It helped me to get rid of my back pain and I managed to establish a whole new, healthy, strong and upright body. My strong back protects me during my work as a nurse.
I also feel deeply supported during my various other activities, like mountaineering, climbing, dancing and aerial acrobatics by Pilates.
Becoming a trainer was just a logic step in the right direction. In that way I am able to share the joy of Pilates with others. Over the past few years I've been trained in various Pilates styles and I've decided to do the training for the teaching role at the Pilateshouse in Munich.
It involved 60 hours of theory, 100 hours of studying, 15 hours of observation, 30 hours of teaching practice and countless “Aha-Moments” :-)
I also took part in the "Mat Intensive" (24 lessons) course with Juliana Lorenzi to improve my flow in the mat class, training with small tools and verbal/tactile guidance.
